Open Settings inside the app and tap “Restore Purchases”. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID, so as long as you are signed in with the same one, your access will be restored.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple rather than inside the app. Go to iOS Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, select Shoji and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Endless mode, the Workshop puzzle generator, 400+ curated Specials across every variant rule, and detailed statistics showing which techniques need work. Lessons and daily puzzles are free, and always will be.
Your progress is stored on your device, so deleting the app removes it. Your subscription is separate: it is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored, as described above.
Yes. Puzzles are generated on your device, so no internet connection is required to play.
No. Shoji carries no advertising of any kind, in either the free or the premium experience.
Email goodairstudios@gmail.com with as much detail as you can: what you were doing, what happened, and your device model if it seems relevant.
How the app handles your information is described in the Privacy Policy.
